How do I get the refund of the money I paid to recharge? Print

If after our retrying to process your order for up to two hours, you do not get your recharge in two hours, we will automatically refund your money into your Reload cash wallet account for your later use.

In case you need a refund to your bank account, just drop an email to support@reload.in with your transaction details, we will process the refund to your bank account.
